Please include your order number (you’ll find it in your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue so we can work to improve next time!

We’ll send you a return shipping label and cover the return postage cost.
Just print and securely attach the return label to the box or packaging you received your order in (or any other packaging if you've already disposed of ours).
Drop it off at your local post office—no restocking fees, no penalties. It’s that simple!
Important Note:
To ensure we process your return smoothly, we kindly ask that the products are largely unused. This means if more than 25% of your order has been used (for example, 13 rolls out of a box of 48), we unfortunately cannot accept the return or issue a refund (unless required by law). However, if you find any products to be faulty or damaged, we’ll be happy to provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with consumer laws.
